The New Jersey Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf can provide you with valuable networking opportunities with professional interpreters in a supportive environment.

The Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf offers tracking systems to record all continuing education units.
NJRID is an approved CMP sponsor.

Options and Rates

NJRID is offering the following types of membership this fiscal year

Category	Dues	Description
Certified	$30	For Interpreters and Transliterators who currently hold a valid RID or NAD-III, -IV, or -V certificate are current national RID members [Membership will verify] Certified members have full voting privileges.
Associate	$30	For individuals who are actively engaged in interpreting or transliteration do not hold a RID or NAD-III, -IV, or -V certificate are current national RID members [Membership will verify] Associate members have full voting privileges.
Student	$15	For students currently enrolled in an interpreter training program [copy of schedule required] Student members do not have voting privileges.
Supporting	$25	For individuals with an interest in supporting the goals, purposes, and activities of NJRID, Inc. Supporting members do not have voting privileges.
Organizational	$60	For organizations with an interest in supporting the goals, purposes, and activities of NJRID, Inc. Organizational members do not have voting privileges.

Members can sign up right here online! The first screen will collect some information about you. The second screen will give instructions for submitting your payment (online by PayPal).

The Membership chair will verify the RID status.

Membership will request any additional documentation needed.
